The Redford Theater

From its ornate 3-D pagoda theme to its pipe organ to a ceiling with twinkling stars,
The Redford Theater is more than just a vintage movie house, it's a step back in time. A true community gem, it sells popcorn with real butter, shows classic movies and, most importantly, holds a Three Stooges Festival. Twice a year!
Built in 1928, The Redford is beautifully restored and full of the kind of character you just don't find anymore. Tickets and candy are cheap, old timey horror movies are shown at Halloween (in 3D even!), and clouds float across the ceiling above. It's a place filled with memories ...and ready to make a few more.
Hats off to the non-profit Motor City Theatre Organ Society, which owns and operates this landmark destination. Go. Now!
