Hey, it's Farmington!

Farmington is so invested in its walkable downtown identity that it's embarked on  an ambitous plan to turn its urban core into a euro-style center, where residents live, work and play. Green spaces, streetscape upgrades, and an expanded farmer's market are all in the works, providing for a more liveable city center.

As if that weren't enough, the city actually bought downtown's 1940s art deco Civic Theater and turned it into a community center.
