Places: Mezzanine

Proprietor Joe Posch moved his successful high-end modern furniture and home accessories shop from Ann Arbor to Detroit's Harmonie Park in April 2007. Located in the Merchant's Apparel Building, visitors are ushered up to the second floor by an elevator operator, who will deposit you at the foot of the Mezzanine showroom. Posch has carefully curated his collection of modern design pieces and carries some of the world's top manufacturers such as Alessi, Bodo Sperlein, and Jonathan Adler; everything from classic to contemporary, with an emphasis on clean lines and natural materials. Plus some personal care items like soaps from the Fresh line.
