Chef Jimmy Lessnau really has a great thing going with this classic neighborhood dive that was voted one of the best burger joints in the entire metropolitan area. The food and the well-stocked jukebox may surprise you. Lots of blues and soul classics. The burger is the hands down crowd pleaser, sent to your table with a sprinkling of sea salt on the fries. But Lessnau also serves up some mean gumbo, chicken, brisket and fish. Expect a varied, but generally very casual crowd. And be prepared: this is a cash only establishment.
