Dearborn's newest Japanese restaurant learned to walk in Farmington Hills. That's where owner Michelle Lee started the restaurant Kabuki before opening a Dearborn version of it. Kabuki, of course, specializes in sushi and not the Japanese dance-drama carrying the same title. Though most kids aren't chomping at the bit for a chunk of raw fish, Lee says Kabuki is a family-oriented Japanese restaurant. Well, maybe they have chicken fingers for the kiddies. Rest assured, though, there is sake for you.
