When you walk into the Atlas Global Bistro you're greeted with a podium plastered in a globe map. Of course, right? It is the Atlas Bistro after all. With their white linen service, the Bistro serves up eclectic American cuisine. It's a good place before or after the DSO or one of the few theaters in the city. The bar is lively, moderately price, and has a very Union Street vibe to it. Be casual in jeans, or bring a suit and a tie, either way you'll fit in.
