My responsibilites include: Creating qualified sales leads through the execution of grassroots events and activities at PS&E events (including, but not limited to, Shock and Pistons games); Prospecting and selling season tickets, group tickets and promotional ticket packages for the Detroit Shock; Making outbound calls, setting and attending sales based appointments, and delivering quality customer service to maintain current fan base and grow new fans; Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales goals; Fully participating in the development and execution of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) plan for Shock fans; Fully participating in the development and execution of a marketing and promotion plan, both in and out of the arena; Managing existing ticket sales accounts; Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned (i.e. contract fulfillment); Attending/Staffing all Shock Games.
