As a Health and Benefits Consultant the main function of my job is to analyze and suggest insurance options and alternatives to our clients based on their specific wants and needs. Although Aon is a global corporation, the Southfield Health and Benefits office consists of only eight individuals. Working with such a small group has given me the opportunity to get one-on-one attention from experts in the field and expand my knowledge of the industry immensely. My favorite part about working as a consultant is the constant interaction I have with clients and the ability to assist them in the often confusing and ever-changing world of employee benefits.
