I'm a foreclosures specialist also dealing with short sales and credit repair.

As a Community Representative; I recruit, develop, manage and empower volunteers to become involved in special event fund-raising, patient programs and advocacy work. My role also includes expanding the presence of the American Cancer Society throughout the Oak Park, Walled Lake, Commerce & Dearborn communities through the development and cultivation of constituent relationships.

I help shape the future of West Bloomfield and help ensure it remains a great community!  As the planner for West Bloomfield Township, my job is to help facilitate development in the Township.  I review site plans and rezoning applications. I administer and prepare edits to the zoning ordinance.  Recently, I began the process to update the Township's master plan, a document that describes the vision for the future of West Bloomfield.  In addition, I oversee the CDBG grant program for the Township (distribution of federal funds to help low income and senior residents in the community) and the EECBG grant, part of the stimulus package, to improve energy efficiency at Township facilities to help West Bloomfield become a more sustainable community.

It might be easier to describe what my job doesn't include! Our small department within BNP Media manages webinars and virtual trade shows for the over 60 B2B publications that we own. That puts about 15 magazines featuring about 70 webinars per year under my coordination. I stay very busy with everything from helping sales staff sell the product to managing every detail on live event day. Much of my time is spent creating promotions for each program and I'm very lucky to be able to incorporate my desire to be creative with my analytical skills to have a position which I truly love. I am always on my toes, but also able to immediately and effectively implement ideas that contribute to our company.

When I'm away from my desk, I volunteer for a 100% No-Kill Animal Rescue, Almost Home Animal Rescue League, based in Southfield, Michigan. It's a cause that I strongly believe in and work on the Fundraising/Events committee to create/promote/manage programs that raise money to help love these wonderful animals.

I love Detroit, the surrounding areas and Michigan. My hope is that we can pull together and once again become a place that people want to call home. Go Spartans!

I am a Real Estate Broker, who specializes in Buyer Agency and Short Sales. I've worked in real estate for 9 years. My company also offers Home Retention Consulting. I've gained administration and management experience working in Corporate Fitness and for the City of Detroit.

I create promotions targeted to our present and potential advertisers, promoting future issues and marketing opportunities. On a daily basis I work with publishers, IT, audience development, art directors and sales staff - in several different industries including: gaming, circuit boards, dairy foods, and the snack foods & bakery market. I promote our Custom Media department in which companies can partner with us to develop their own media, such as an e-Newsletter, video, magazine or webinar and I also coordinate all logistics for tradeshows that our magazines are involved with and contests that our magazines sponsor.

Previously, I was an Event Coordinator at BNP Media and executed B2B conferences and seminars held across the United States. I am also the volunteer co-Executive Director of the Miss Lake Huron Shores Scholarship Program, a local affiliate of the Miss America Scholarship Organization, which gives away more then $45 million dollars each year to the admirable young women that participate in it.

Working at Arzika is both a pleasure and a challenge.  I enjoy the freedom of brainstorming to come up with new and better ways to work on our events.  At 23, I attend meetings and know that my opinion is listened to and taken into consideration or execution.  

As the Communications Specialist at Arzika, I am able to wear many hats working within many different departments including PR, marketing, production and operations.  Multi-tasking and time management are a must in my everyday life.  While I enjoy having various tasks throughout the day, keeping up with all 4 departments is always a challenge.

My schedule changes hour to hour, I never know what I will be doing for what department and I love it! Working in such a fast paced environment makes the day go by so much faster and keeps from becoming monotonous.

My responsible is to find students that have gone through IT training at Global Information Technology a job within Michigan. Currently I have been able to place several students with employment with major companies. In order to do this, I write students’ resumes, to highlight the necessary skills to find employment, I meet with students one on one to discuss interview techniques and perform mock interviews with students so they are comfortable to meet with companies in Michigan to  “sell” their skills. I conduct job workshops that students attend to discuss topics involved in a job search. I continue to build relationships with Hiring Managers at companies and local Recruiters to seek out job opportunities for students. Most importantly, I build student’s confidence and motivate them to move on with their career. This an opportunity for me to use my skills to spend a considerable amount of time with assisting unemployed students with finding a new job. It feels good to share my experiences.

I also consult at Global Information Technology pertaining to Human Resource needs including creating company policies, employment laws, development of a detailed recruitment process for internal new hires and recruited candidates for our clients.

With my job there are two parts. I collaborate with Citadel Media and ESPN Audio Account Executives in preparing proposals for current and potential clients of network radio.  I assist my colleagues in their day to day tasks such as adding, deleting and allocating radio schedules, pulling quarterly summary reports, complete post-buy analysis to evaluate delivery on client investment and communicate as a liaison between account executives and agency planners. I also manage administrative functions of the office, including annual operating budget. The second part of my job is selling Network Radio. Here at Citadel Media we reach 104 million listeners across 4,400 affiliate radio stations. Citadel Media Networks represents programming such as ESPN Audio, ABC News Radio as well as syndicate category leaders across the News/Talk, Hispanic and Urban formats with some of the leading national radio personalities on the air. Additionally, Citadel Media has an expansive digital media portfolio, including ESPNRadio.com, and KiddLive.com. I present advertising and sponsorship opportunities to current and prospective clients and agencies, creating customized proposals to help them reach their target audience. I truly love my career and enjoy coming to work each day.

I feel very fortunate to have two jobs that I absolutely love! I'm a producer/board operator (DJ) for the Karsch and Anderson show on 97.1 The Ticket, WXYT. Working in sports radio has always been a dream of mine, and I couldnt ask for a better environment or better co-workers than I have at the Ticket. I have always been very proud to be from the best sports city in America, and having the opportunity to work for the flagship station for Detroits 4 major sports puts me right in the middle of the action. Everyday, I learn, laugh and interact with fascinating people and passionate Detroit sports fans.
 
Ten years ago, I turned one of my biggest passions into a profession. I am Goalie Coach for local AAA  Ice Hockey organizations and high school programs; and 4 years ago started my own business, Point Blank Hockey School, LLC.  Point Blank specialize's in on-ice and off-ice training for Goaltenders, Girls High School programs and Youth Skill and Development. Having grown up in St. Clair Shores, playing hockey has always been an enormous part of my life and provided me with  friendships and memories that I hold dear to my heart. However, although playing was a blast, coaching gives me gratification beyond words. Seeing these children progress and gain confidence both on and off the ice, is an amazing feeling. This game has created so many opportunities for me and made so many of my dreams come true; if I can help just one player succeed and have those opportunities that they dream about, I will have accomplished my goal as a coach.

I am responsible for designing, creating, marketing and selling hand blown fine art glass.

Not many people can say they landed their dream job right out of college, but that's exactly what happened to me. I joined the Arzika team and have watched the company nearly double in size since I came on board. In the events business, things are constantly changing and evolving and your to-do list changes on almost a minute-to-minute basis, which can be kind of crazy. As the design and marketing specialist, I spend most of my time doing design work, which includes everything from creating logos to designing marketing collateral to making website updates, and the other part focused on marketing. I love coming to work because every day holds new and exciting challenges and the people I work with are very supportive of each other. We have a great culture and laugh a lot, so even if we’re working long hours at least we’re having fun!

I am responsible for providing Metro Detroit with the ultimate couture and boutique experience for your special occasion.  We host multiple events and fashion shows through out the year including the Annual Crème de la Crème charity event every spring.

In addition, I am the Founder/Photographer for Volte Photos (www.voltephotos.com). Being a Volte Photographer requires a sincere approach to the photographic medium at the highest levels of art to capture photographic projects; which promote the local cultures, ceremonies and celebrations.  Independently guided and intimate views of the local community that build awareness and support to the mission each photographer examines.  Each project manifests in a variety of ways including but not limited to gallery exhibition, events, and collections.

I was also the Head Chair for Shop Detroit, one of Detroit Synergy's many projects.  Detroit Synergy is an all volunteer organization of Detroit and metro-area residents who share a vision for Detroit and believe there are thousands of people who, if given the opportunity, would bring their vision of a Detroit alive and awaken the potential of one of the world's most misunderstood metropolises.

My job is great because everyday varies. I am able to spend my time doing everything from photography, to writing and editing, to website work. I am responsible for the management of the external school website, the dissemination and creation of the school's electronic newsletter, as well as the public relations and communications efforts of the school. I have a great deal of interaction with parents and students, as well as local journalists. I am the co-editor of the school's alumni magazine "The Beehive" and am always looking to Country Day's vast alumni community and past and current staff and faculty members to come up with most interesting story ideas.

My position falls under the school's department of external affairs and I spend a large portion of my day working together with my co-workers on a wide range of projects. It is a small department, but we all work together well and laugh a lot, which makes it fun to come to work.
