I conduct manual and automated testing for Onstar's navigation and communication system. I provide pass or fail results based on set criteria from designers. I provide all findings and results to lead engineers and designers. I am also responsible for troubleshooting errors in test procedures and or equipment.

I am focused on talent acquisition and driving the hiring efforts needed to meet New World's ongoing growth goals. My key responsibilities include recruiting and interviewing, process and procedure support, and other human resources projects.

I develop all sales collateral, including proposals specifically built to meet client's needs. I discuss our network's capabilities with our clients and how we can best integrate their brand into our properties. I manage all broadcast and digital advertising inventory for Red Wings, Tigers, and Pistons; plus various other sports and lifestyle programming. I monitor ratings data and advertising spend within the market. I activate and host client hospitality events. I administer all sweepstakes and text campaigns.

Not many people can say they landed their dream job right out of college, but that's exactly what happened to me. I joined the Arzika team and have watched the company nearly double in size since I came on board. In the events business, things are constantly changing and evolving and your to-do list changes on almost a minute-to-minute basis, which can be kind of crazy. As the design and marketing specialist, I spend most of my time doing design work, which includes everything from creating logos to designing marketing collateral to making website updates, and the other part focused on marketing. I love coming to work because every day holds new and exciting challenges and the people I work with are very supportive of each other. We have a great culture and laugh a lot, so even if we’re working long hours at least we’re having fun!

I'm working on communications for the internship portion of Governor Granholm's Cool Cities Initiative, which was started in 2003 to attract and retain talent in Michigan's urban areas. I do internal communications for the interns as well as press relations, social media, and other promotional activities.

I work alongside the CEO and Executive Vice President of the company providing both landlord and tenant representation. I love learning “the business of the business” of the companies I work with and really enjoy the opportunity to develop relationships with people in all industries while helping them with their real estate needs.

Reink Media Group (RMG), founded in 2009, is a Michigan based internet focused media company. Its primary niche is the financial industry with network traffic currently exceeding one million pageviews annually. Web properties include: StockTradingToGo.com, tradeWISER.com, and EPICInsights.com.

I work alongside my brother Blain to grow our web assets and implement new aspects of our business operations. We are constantly launching new features, improving our custom designed content management system, and seeking out new site acquisitions that meet our purchasing criteria. I help to maintain the data and information our users interact with in addition to handling all marketing and branding.

For marketing I utilize tools such as Google Adwords as well as work with various financial media networks to drive premium quality traffic to our web sites. I am also constantly tweaking our SEO tactics and strategies. Branding wise we utilize in house talent and a free lance designer to quickly update design aspects or even entire site redesigns.

Trinity Health is the fourth largest Catholic Health System in the United States, encompassing 47 hospitals (35 owned and 12 managed) across the nation.  I am employed at Trinity's home office under the Unified Revenue Organization (URO).  The purpose of the URO is to create system-wide models for our hospitals to follow as they perform day-to-day operations such as reimbursement, pricing, managed care contracting, registration, billing and collections, and clinical coding / documentation. As a member of the Reimbursement team, I provide analytical and technical support to special initiatives on Medicare, Blue Cross, and Wage Index, as well as contribute to other projects as needed.  In addition to my daily responsibilities, I currently serve as the Secretary of  Trinity Health's African American Associate Resource Group and the Chairperson for the annual National Reimbursement Directors' Conference. The past eight months with Trinity Health have been very rewarding, as I admire the company's culture, people, and dedication to serving our patients and communities.

I am part of a very innovative, professional team at the Ferndale Career Center. We help individuals apply for unemployment, successfully utilize government funded programs and provide them with the most current job market and employment trends and resources. We work with wonderful people in the community from all ages and backgrounds. I specifically work with clients referred to us from DHS who are on cash assistance. It is a very rewarding career. Nothing feels better than helping someone else in one of the most confusing and sometimes life-changing periods in their lives.

At Freedom One I conduct investment and asset allocation research to ensure that the clients who have entrusted their 401(k)'s to us get the most appropriate investment solutions for their unique situations.
 
I am also the Chief Investment Officer at Scale Investment Group, which I am just launching now (we will be fully operational by early Fall 2010), I focus on helping individual investors that are traditionally overlooked by advisory firms, such as young professionals.  I provide investment education, financial planning and full investment management at a cost that is well below industry averages.

I am responsible for generating revenue for Fortune 500 clients throughout the midwest via ROI incurring internet media technology services.

I develop and create sweet national and regional retail advertising for the Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram brands.
