Asia Willis

As an Assistant Account Executive at Hermanoff, I act as the liaison among various clients and the public. I provide media relations support and brainstorming initiatives for clients. I'm responsible for drafting press releases and media advisories and distributing them to local and national media outlets, while securing placements. I also assist in planning, coordination and execution of special events. In addition, I oversee the social media department for additional outreach opportunities. I'm constantly thinking "outside the box" to discover new, innovated ways to increase the client's media exposure and brand awareness.

Joe Sciacchitano

I'm one of a handful of department heads that lead up the Interactive and Multimedia services that RingSide Creative has to offer. We do everything Interactive from brainstorming, to design, to development and launch. A few of our specialty areas include, but are not limited to, websites, microsites, Flash-based websites and microsites, blogs, social media advertising, banner advertising, rich media advertising, iPhone applications, other mobile phone applications, kiosks, touch-screens, augmented reality, research and development, and much more. I typically end up touching all aspects of our capabilities because I came from an advertising agency background which taught me to become very flexible and willing to learn. Normally I have some influence in the creative direction and design on projects or head it up in a lot of cases. In other instances I might be the lead developer on a project as well, whether the job calls for HTML, PHP, JavaScript, CSS, Flash, or any combination of these and beyond. RingSide Creative as a company has quite the assortment of talent in-house. Some of RingSide Creative's talent includes directors, creative editors, finishing editors, audio composers, audio licensing experts, compositors, film specialists, Telecine and color specialists, motion designers, visual effects artists, CGI/3D artists, interactive/multimedia designers and developers, retouching artists, and branding/strategy specialists. This variety is definitely one of the elements that attracted me to RingSide Creative, and it's true to form everyday. They call it an "Integrated Media Studio™" which basically means that every discipline within the company works together to really just make a better end product for the client, and ideally in "one-stop". There are a lot of cases where I may be working on an interactive project and want to spruce up a project a little bit to add some value for the client. In most cases, all of the talent I need is right around the corner. All I have to do is make a quick call or walk down the hallway and talk to the audio department to see what they can do to help me with some custom audio for my project; or stop by the CGI/3D department to see if they could help me out with a project that might benefit from some 3D animation. There are many more instances where being "integrated" proves to be very beneficial and fun as well. In a nutshell, RingSide Creative is quite a talented and inspiring place to work.

Abbey Beardslee Danczak

As an AE for Vibrant I am responsible for developing and selling online advertising (in-text and contextually targeted banner campaigns) within the Michigan territory focusing on Automotive, CPG and large agency clients.  Vibrant’s products are unique as they bridge the gap between display/banner advertising and search.  I develop media plans for my clients taking into account their campaign objectives and customizing the plan to target specific keywords and sites in our network.  Our small Birmingham sales office has 4 great people that all work to continue growing the territory as Vibrant is committed to the Detroit market.  I am also very active in key advertising networking groups like 313 Digital and AdCraft Detroit.

Sara Heuvelman

My main objective as one of the account leads that works with the divisional retail teams at General Motors is to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that create showroom traffic at dealerships.  The team works to rapidly take a GM sales event and turn the key messaging into a personalized direct mail/email piece that comes to the consumer directly from their dealership. It’s fun to dive into data, see where people are likely to be in their new car buying cycle and create a campaign to get them in that new car. I love working with the team I’m on—we have a great group of individuals who truly understand the automotive environment and pull together some amazing concepts in a very short time.  Turns out late night and weekends aren’t just for the medical profession!  This office also does event and digital marketing for a variety of clients.
