I develop and create sweet national and regional retail advertising for the Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram brands.

I am a partner and designer at FWD.  FWD concentrates on Graphic Design, Branding, Interactive & Web Design, Email Marketing, and Internet Marketing.

I am responsible for managing social media content and day to day operations of social media channels for various agency clients.  This includes working in conjunction with the client and multiple different departments and agencies to ensure the social media content being developed and proposed aligns with brand initiatives and parallel marketing and public relations efforts.

As an information officer at Wayne State, I do everything from write press releases to craft social media campaigns promoting university stories and events. I adore Wayne State and its place in the heart of Detroit's cultural district and don't think I would get the same job satisfaction if I were writing copy for a traditional PR firm. It's wonderful to come to work every morning and highlight our hardworking students and the other great stories happening right here in Detroit.

I am a purchasing representative for Exhaust Systems for the current Cadillac CTS sedan, coupe, and wagon, as well as the upcoming Chevy Cruze, Chevy Volt, Heavy Duty Truck applications which involve a Duramax engine, and the future Alpha program. My day to day activities include cost reduction activities/workshops, creating and amending GM contracts for our Tier One supply base, working with Design Engineering to provide the lowest cost, highest quality product to our customers and build relationships with current suppliers to promote efficient and valuable results.

I process all new listings & monitor them until they are sold, leased, or off the market.  I handle all of the sign ordering as well as creating all marketing materials for all of the listings.  I update the brokers individual websites and I also update all of the listing websites we use as well and I am also the administrative assistant to one of our brokers which was actually the position I was hired in at but as cuts & changes were made I ended up with 3 titles but the majority of my work is done for the marketing department.

I am a PR professional who has gained experience working at one of Michigan's most successful PR firms. Dedicated to helping clients build their brands, strengthen media relations, increase awareness, enhance return on investment of their promotional dollars and ultimately enhance their revenue.

I have represented clients in a variety of sectors including automotive OEM, aftermarket, tool and service suppliers; materials, technology & engineering suppliers; trade groups & associations; education; industrial and lean manufacturers; alternate fuel technology suppliers; and others.

I manage our firm's monthly e-newsletter and lead the company's social media efforts. My overall ongoing duties include media relations, overall PR program planning, news release and content creation, executive media training, research, social media guidance and implementation, editing/proofreading and event/show support.

I write the text on advertisements such as flyers, brochures, newsletters, etc. I also proofread and edit any material that a client may have already written, just to polish it. I spend the majority of my time doing research on either my client's company or business, just to get a better feel of what they may be looking for in their advertisements.

I work alongside the CEO and Executive Vice President of the company providing both landlord and tenant representation. I love learning “the business of the business” of the companies I work with and really enjoy the opportunity to develop relationships with people in all industries while helping them with their real estate needs.

I started out taking pre med classes for Physicians Assistant school after graduating with my Marketing and Advertising degree from WSU because due to Michigan economy I thought it a slim chance to get a job in the field I love: Advertising. Nevertheless, I love Michigan, and I am a people person, so I chose to continue my education rather than move out of state to pursue a career. After all of my pre requisites were finished, and long hours of working in a hospital, I gave Advertising another chance and was fortunate enough to land 2 interviews with top Michigan firms. UM (Universal McCann) has headquarters in New York City but I love working here in Detroit. I work on the Chrysler Account and I get to work with great people to try and turn Chrysler around put a little spark back into motorcity and automotive advertising.

I am responsible for searching and qualifying candidates for our client base.

I am part of a very innovative, professional team at the Ferndale Career Center. We help individuals apply for unemployment, successfully utilize government funded programs and provide them with the most current job market and employment trends and resources. We work with wonderful people in the community from all ages and backgrounds. I specifically work with clients referred to us from DHS who are on cash assistance. It is a very rewarding career. Nothing feels better than helping someone else in one of the most confusing and sometimes life-changing periods in their lives.

With over 15 years of combined HR experience in organizational design, staffing, training and performance management, I have developed and implemented HR solutions for a number of well known Fortune-500 corporations. As a consultant for a major staffing company, I was responsible for developing programs that would improve operational efficiencies and performance saving my clients hundreds of thousands of dollars. These programs were based on simple yet effective HR strategies such as training, performance management, recruiting and selection practices as well as policy development and federal regulatory compliance. As an advocate for Human Resources, I realize the importance of effective HR strategies and the long-term savings that are realized when HR strategies are employed. As an entrepreneur, I have used these same strategies to help small businesses achieve great success and compete in a much larger marketplace. My strategies are often as simple as placing the right the people in the right jobs at the right times to as complex as re-engineering an entire business process. The ultimate goal is to effectively deploy HR solutions that will in turn save organizations both time and money.

In addition to my passion for HR, I love to design homes. I also own and operate an interior design firm (Deansign Company) in my spare time. Like my vision for Corporate Ideanity, designing homes allows me to take an owners vision and design ways to bring that vision to realization. Like my HR solutions, my designs are creative and innovative. When I am not developing HR solutions or designing homes, I also enjoy writing, reading and spending time with family and friends.

I own Five Star Valet which valets for special events(weddings, parties etc.) and venues such as hotels, bars, restaurants etc. I also market for a home care company, Cura Home Healthcare (www.cura-health.com). My responsibilities are as follows: Develop new referrals sources, Physicians, Lawyers, Case managers, Discharge planners etc.   Maintain constant contact with referrals sources; Manage patients brought in; Maintain and abide by the marketing budget.
