I manage a customer service program at the DMC that is responsible for over 80 million dollars in revenue since 2006. The program is designed to make patients of the DMC lives a little easier and make sure they are happy in the process. I deal with patients on a day to day basis, all their needs and complaints. 

We provide comprehensive medical evaluations of the highest quality, reliability and integrity in support of unbiased determinations based upon a thorough assessment of available medical evidence.

I work with a talented team of HR professionals at the corporate headquarters of one of the nation's largest Catholic health care organizations.  Although I provide HR support in a variety of areas, a significant portion of my time is devoted to employee relations and recruiting.  Every day brings a new challenge and pushes me to think of more creative solutions. I have a true passion for HR because it allows me to do what I love most: helping people.

As the Director of Annual Giving and Communications I manage the development and implementation of annual fundraising, establish relationships with potential donors, and oversee events and various Foundation initiatives.

I work to enhance the lives of people who have mental illness and live in adult foster homes by helping them achieve greater independence, connecting them with needed resources they might be eligible for, educating them, and being supportive in their recovery.

I work with the Department of Emergency Medicine to help facilitate their research administration. I assist the Principal Investigators in the development of research grant proposals to help our proposals be as competitive as possible. Once we’ve been awarded a research grant, I’ll work with the Principal Investigators to ensure the work is carried out while strictly following all applicable federal regulations.
