Our company Deep Blue Pictures is a production company based in the metro Detroit area. We develop and produce a wide array of projects raining from commercials, short films, music videos and our main focus, feature films.   Right before graduating U of M in 2009 my business partner, Danny Mooney, and I thought we would have to move our company out of the State. In 2008 Michigan passed the Film Incentives and to our surprise we were able to find much success in the film industry while remaining in Michigan. It has been a pleasure remaining in our home towns while fulfilling our dreams of working in the film industry.

Ron Rose Productions is a multi-faceted post production audio - video facility.  Ron Rose Productions has spent over thirty years building a national reputation for bringing our clients great ideas to life.  The facility offers services such as audio post, sound design, original music composition, video editing, color grading, visual effects, and duplication services.  The facility is constantly adding new services and portfolios to stay current and vital to the needs of the producers.

I took the Account Manager position in September 2010, I wanted to work in the production side of the advertising business.  Prior to working at Ron Rose-Milagro Post, I was an account executive for five years at the Metrotimes Weekly Alternative paper.  Working at the Metrotimes allowed me to network into my current position.

The ability to work in a creative environment that is constantly changing with technology is very challenging and rewarding.  I work primary with producers from agencies that use the facility to create or manipulate radio advertising, web content or TV/Web spots and corporate videos.

Southeast Michigan is a great area to live and work -- there are great work opportunities and great professionals committed to the area and their careers.

I work as a self-employed freelance photography, film, and video professional in the Detroit area.  I work on feature films as an assist cameraman & assistant director, when possible.  When not working on feature films, I provide corporate, commercial, architectural, and event photography and video services.  I have been able to consistently acquire clients & work since graduating in April '08.

I am the founder and producer of Our School Productions, a film production company based in Detroit.  We specialize in feature film production, documentary, music video, and location scouting.  We are currently launching a feature length documentary on Detroit's public school closures.
