Description:Job Description Looking for a dynamic and creative thinker that is willing to take on a position with multiple dimensions. Main duties will be to assist the Managing Director. Other significant duties will be speaking and translating written and spoken French into English. Job Duties (not limited to the list below) 1. Proofreading Word and PowerPoint documents written in English for spelling and grammar mistakes 2. Translating business documents written in French to English 3. Coordinating international conference calls and video meetings 4. Supporting conference calls and video meetings by speaking French, translating spoken/written French to English or vice versa 5. Creating PowerPoint presentations from a white board sketch or word documents from hand written notes 6. Inputting expenses and customer invoices into the accounting system 7. Making travel arrangements 8. Coordinating and maintaining schedules 9. Preparing reports and financial data 10. Researching various industries to determine if they are a potential market 11. Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
