Description:SENICA, LLC, an established small business, seeks an exceptional Sales & Marketing Professional to develop and execute a strategic expansion plan into new products and geographic areas. Work in a highly entrepreneurial environment to grow a national company. Enjoy generous creative and decision-making freedom while working closely with top management. Create revenue strategies, account plans, and business processes. Identify opportunities for growth. Expand client base by identifying new leads through networking, cold-calling, trade shows, or other sources. Engage in activities focused at generating public awareness of the company and/or demand for its services. Initiate, build and sustain customer relationships; resolve concerns and handle objections; and pursue new business opportunities. Compensation a mix of salary and equity commensurate with experience.
Requirements:BA/BS degree preferred with strong academic background, MBA is a plus. Passion for marketing strategy, relationship sales, and online/social media marketing/advertising and the ability to meet aggressive growth targets. Sales and marketing experience preferred as well as a passion for mentoring and developing others. Excellent creative written and verbal communication skills. Strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products in the marekt. Outstanding presentation skills and experience presenting to adult audiences.
