Description:Answer phones and assist patients, physicians & referral sources in a call center setting or in a front desk environment. Answer claims questions, process orders, maintain & update patient information in the computer system, verify insurance, bill for patient services.
Requirements:High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Detail oriented, superior customer service skills and a minimum of 1-year experience in an office setting. Candidate with experience in health care or health insurance industry are strongly preferred.
