Requirements:

Description:
The Project Accountant will be responsible for working with Project Managers and clients to ensure accurate and timely invoicing of projects.

Duties:
•Contract Administration.
•Will utilize Deltek Vision to manage client and project set-up.
•Review proposals/contracts and process updates in billing system.
•Assist Project Managers with billing system updates.
•Run project budgets and reports in Vision.
•Prepare billing invoices.
•Process billing changes requested by project managers after draft invoices are collected.
•Verify final invoices format for accuracy.
•Print and mail final invoices.
•Process billing term changes, time transfers, project status updates and transfers.
•Provide information to project managers and clients.
•Print and distribute monthly reports.
•Assist Project Managers with information to complete invoicing.
•Process individual reports as requested.

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s or Associate degree in accounting or equivalent major.

Must be proficient in design of tanks in metal and plastic, piping/pumping systems, structural steel, and ductwork. Must be familiar with the implementation of fans, drag conveyors, and instrumentation. Will work from previous drawings, sketchs, customer specifications, verbal instructions and own experience. Will interface with shop floor to address best means of fabrication and assembly. Must be capable of working on multiple projects, able to schedule own time and have respect for deadlines. Quality conscious with positive attitude.

Requirements:
Familiarity with 3-D in AutoCAD. Able to perform basic engineering calculations to size pipe, ductwork and structural members.
