Nuspire Networks hires 20 as it scales business in Commerce

Nuspire Networks is hiring technology, engineering and software professionals of all shapes and sizes in Commerce Township. The software firm has hired 15 people over the last month and 20 over the last year. Those new jobs have ranged from entry-level programmers to senior-level talent.

The company has 15 open positions right now for network engineering, sales, and project management. Also among those job opportunities are five openings in the company's White Hat program, a tongue-in-cheek reference to good hackers. Fueling all of this growth is the company's expanding client list, including hooking some big fish.

"We have gained a lot of scale," says Saylor Frase, president of Nuspire Networks. "We have brought on 4-5 major enterprise customers. It's really just a matter of adding a lot of scale to what we're doing."

Frase adds that the 14-year-old company plans to continue its "aggressive growth plan" by continuing to land more clients and expand its staff accordingly.

"We want to double the size of the company in the next year," Frase says. "It really comes down to how we execute on the business end of it."
