Ipanema Solutions LLC has moved into a 4,000-square foot facility in
Pittsfield Township. The company, which specializes in voice over
Internet protocol phone systems, cuurenly has 15 employees but plans to
grow to 25 by the end of next year.

Sales grew 65 percent from 2005 to 2006, and it's forecasting
similar growth this year. In two years, Ipanema expects its sales to
reach about $5 million.
"You're going to see a lot of small companies like mine ... that are
going to take off," said Steven Tutino, who founded it in 2003.
