Creative Solutions Group goes from 10 to 60 employees

Ten people started Creative Solutions Group a decade ago, creating displays for trade shows and the like. Today the Clawson-based firm keeps 60 full time employees busy performing all sorts of marketing services.

It has steadily expanded its reach from building trade-show exhibits to providing the multi-media and marketing aspects with them.

"We now try to integrate multimedia and marketing into all of these trade shows," says Kevin S O'Connor, director of process improvement and human resources for Creative Solutions Group.

The company also got its start working primarily for automotive-based companies. It now has diversified to a number of other industries, such as biotech firms and ad agencies.
