Detroit area, a net 21% have plans to hire IT staff in the second
quarter of 2007.

of 2007. Twenty-three percent of executives surveyed plan to add staff
during the quarter, and 2 percent anticipate reductions in personnel.
The net 21 percent hiring increase is nine points above the national average.
