Cast & Crew Payroll opens new office in Ferndale
More and more of California is moving to Michigan to take advantage of the state’s generous film incentives.The latest Cali-based business to set up shop is Cast & Crew Payroll, which just opened an office in Ferndale’s Zicor Building.
