Heavy construction is nearly ready to begin at The Woodward Ave Lofts. Workers have cleared the site for the 6-story building at 23101 Woodward and are finishing preliminary construction work this winter. They hope to begin building the high rise later this year and expect to finish it in 2008.
The Woodward Ave Lofts features 99 loft units with one, two or three bedrooms. The lofts range in size from 700 to 3,000 square feet. Prices begin at $185,000 and go as high as $700,000. The development will also include 5,000 square feet of ground floor retail space on the west side of Woodward between Camborne and Lewiston streets.
