Still, founder Rukmal Fernando is committed to making good design affordable. His studio allows young, struggling businesses to take advantage of his firm's services cheaply today to help the firm keep its overhead down. The idea is Breeze Design Studio will get a cut of future profits.
The strategy has worked. firm Breeze employs more than 33 people around the world with a little more than half a dozen here in Metro Detroit.
